Rehearsals for Milesians are underway at the Powerhouse; the show will be coming to Nuneaton & Bedworth as part of the Creative Explorers programme in June and then it moves into the Godiva Festival in July.
Milesians is a magical telling of an ancient myth rooted in both Galicia and Ireland. The mortal Gaels face the Tuatha Dé Danann, tribe of the gods, to determine Ireland’s fate. A compelling story told with heart, humour, magic & adventure.
This outdoor spectacle from Circolombia contemporary circus, in association with Imagineer Productions created and directed by Felicity Simpson & Kathi Leahy, working with local artists and communities from across the region, combines gravity-defying circus, physical theatre, acrobatics, dance and dynamic music.
