The Festival of Imagineers was a vibrant showcase of local, national and international work at the intersection of art and engineering. For a week each September, Imagineer presented a festival of performance, exhibitions, installations and talks in and around Coventry city centre, bringing together local, national and international creative thinkers and innovators.

The Festival of Imagineers ended in September 2018 after four years of successful programming.

The relationship that Imagineer formed with Artichoke and Burning Man, who were both guests to the festival in 2018, and our subsequent visit to Nevada, inspired us to develop new larger-scale projects including Combustion and Temple.
