Venture has been created through our Transformations programme, with the aim of participants going on to gain employment through crewing, operating and touring Venture to festivals and events alongside a professional team.

Transformations is a programme of training for 16-29 year olds who are not currently in education, employment or training. Participants work on authentic commissions and projects with professional artists, engineers and technicians to imagine, create and deliver outdoor and site-specific work.
