Are you an Environmental Activist, aged 14 years +, who would like to work with Imagineer Productions to be part of the programming and event group to deliver ‘Turning the Tide’ An Ocean Fair, part of our Coventry UK City of Culture 2021 project FLOW?
We are looking for 20 people who are passionate about the environment and putting on events to join our ACTIVATE team this Spring. Young activists are especially welcome.
‘Turning the Tide’ will be a family-friendly event where audiences can experience the wealth of our oceans and the major threats it faces, and how we can all play a part in Ocean recovery.
Join people from all over the city, to create 2 new activities for the Fair. Helping visitors to engage with the beauty and protection of our oceans. Using creativity and practical arts to encourage people to take action after their visit.
Sessions take place at the Daimler Powerhouse on Thursday evenings from 10 Feb for 9 weeks. Anybody taking part is invited to join us in delivering their activities at the Ocean Fair from 18 to 22 April. This project is delivered by Imagineer in partnership with Media Mania.
